The rooms were very comfortable and fresh. Enough room for bags and well placed furnishings. Nice bathroom. Super convenient to the train system which can get you directly to the airport (two trains). Regretfully we moved to another hotel before our flight and had to walk 1.5km to get to the airport - whereas if we stayed here we would have avoided the long walk. The restaurant was great.

The staff were amazing, Close proximity to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn Station (literally across the street) with direct access to the airport and the city center and all major attractions in Hamburg. The Breakfast was Amazing (although it might be lacking in variety for some). The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Also the internet connection was good which allowed me to participate in long zoom meetings without issues.

Very easy to reach by public transport. My room was on the street side and very quiet. The gym is very small but at least there is something and I was alone the whole time.

Great location, only 3 minutes to the metro and 20 minutes to the city center. Clean and nicely decorated rooms, although smaller than what we expected. The hotel lobby and bar create a good impression for guests.

Amazing staff, super friendly. I loved the style of the room, very modern and clean. I liked the fact that there was a parking garage (though it had quite a limited amount of places). The location was very handy, within a few minutes you are at a very convenient metro station. Breakfast was very good, and the restaurant also had a really good hamburger for dinner.

Room was silent and meticulously clean, the ambient is friendly and cozy. Bed is very comfortable. It's positive that there is possibility to choose if I need room cleaning or not and easy to signal it with the little bag. Wifi was stable and strong enough when I needed it. Breakfast has many wide ranged offers and you can make real espresso, which also a plus! It's free to make tea whole day. Staff was very helpful and nice. Thank you!

We liked the rooms and the breakfast was also very good. The hotel is next to Hamburg-Barmbek railway station (3 minutes walk) with connections via U3 metro and S1 metropolitan train to the city center (12 min to central station).

The front desk staff were (by the check-in and check-out time) both very friendly and nice! Also fulfilled my special request for a higher floor. The location is absolutely great, 2mins walk to the U-Bahn station The room is clean and the hairdryer is powerful. My room's view is not facing any other building, but the railway tracks and a landscape view, so it's really nice. And the sound-proof of the window is also very sufficient.

Great: The coffee-station with espresso, hot chocolate and chococino. The bar-staff was very friendly and helpful - like everyone in this hotel! I was grateful being able to reserve a room for handicapped - and they even reserved me the parking slot for handicapped as well and for free! Whow, that had never ever happened before ! +top+!!! Check in and out was easy, and they had comfortable chairs there, good value for bigger persons = no pain for a change... Fantastic! Also in the room the space was nice, but best (apart from all the hidden closets) was the huge bed I could simply lay down diagonally - and the pillows were soooo comfy! The WiFi was reliable and strong, I managed to watch a movie here. Nice ^^ All in all I am looking forward to returning.
